1. General terms & conditions of Sher-e-Nippon Loyalty Program
Please read these Terms and Condition before accessing or using the Sher-e-Nippon Program Mobile Application provided by the Nippon Paint India Private Limited. You are also to acknowledge and agree that you are only allowed to use the application in accordance with the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein. You should read it carefully enabling yourself to understand the terms laid down to use the same.
The terms and conditions (which hereinafter referred as to the ‘terms’) are subject to the Sher-e-Nippon loyalty program (hereinafter referred as to the ‘program’) made available to you as mentioned below. Your participation in the program, or any part thereof, shall be deemed to signify your intention to be bound by these terms.
Please note that this program is being made available through invitation on a gratuitous and best effort basis only and Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel the whole or any part of this program without notice. No part of this program or the benefits accruing here-from are to be construed as ‘consideration’ for the purpose of any contractual relationship.
2. How the program works:
- Participation in the program is strictly through invitation on the basis of prescribed qualification criteria by Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd and is not open for all automotive garage painter. .
- Automotive garage painter nominated by Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd meeting the criteria set by Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd internally will be invited and basis other set parameters
- All automotive garage painter are required to share their KYC Documents (Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook and PAN card details are optional) with Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd for payout disbursements.
- All automotive garage painter agree to share their KYC documents, photograph & their garage photographs with garage addresses during the registration in the Loyalty Program
- The Documents collected by Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd will only be used for Loyalty Program and will not be used for any other purpose
- Disbursement of the Payouts will be initiated by automotive garage painter and will be executed only when the KYC Documents are validated and on-boarding approval by Nippon.
3. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points

Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points is the name for the total credit points that you may accumulate based on your purchases of Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd's Products only. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points is not an equivalent to cash and may not be liquidated or redeemed in any manner except as set out herein.
It is expressly stated that Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points is not a negotiable instrument, and nothing contained herein or elsewhere shall entitle you to any claim or action against Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers or employees regarding the valuation, redemption, or liquidation of any Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points. Loyalty Point is not to be considered as ‘consideration’ of any form and no obligation related thereto shall be construed as a contractual obligation.
- You may accumulate Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points in the following manner
- By Purchasing the Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd products
- automotive garage painter will earn allotted Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points only against the set scheme and selected products
- Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to add/delete any of product category against which Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points will be earned
- Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd also reserves the right to modify the Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points allotted against each product category at any time, at its discretion
- The Partners will be duly informed about these changes as and when they are made available
- Bonuses are special opportunities which allow you to earn bonus Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd. Loyalty Points according to the Bonus plan that is running in that particular month
- Details of bonus plans will be made available as and when they are promulgated, and bonus plans may be subject to additional terms and conditions which shall be intimated along with other details of the bonus plan.
4. The balance of Nippon Paint India Pvt. Ltd. Loyalty Points shall be intimated to you in the following manner

5. Dealing with remaining Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Points at the end of the program
- However, if Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd decides to discontinue the program anytime, partners will be intimated in advance and will be asked to redeem the remaining Points against the above mentioned avenues within a stipulated time period.
6. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd. reserves its right to change form and manner in which loyalty points may be earned or redeemed at any time during the program. It is clarified that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd may:
- Prescribe schemes and promotional offers wherein the chances of earning Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd loyalty points may be increased or decreased for particular period of time
- Change or replace or discontinue the gifts / points available for Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd loyalty points redemption
- Change in Points after Auditing of Points by the Nippon Paint India Ltd
7. Important Terms
- Prescribe schemes and promotional offers wherein the chances of earning Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd loyalty points may be increased or decreased for particular period of time
- These terms may be modified, altered, deleted or replaced, by addition, deletion or substitution, in whole or in part, by Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd from time to time or terminate the program at any time.
- You expressly agree that participation in the program is at your sole risk. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
- Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, omissions or in accuracies of the program or any information disseminated pursuant to this program, (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and/or participation in the program, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein, (iv) any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the program
- Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd. may make available certain third-party goods and services through this program. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd., makes no representation or warranty regarding such goods and services and you are strongly advised to take such prudent measures while relying on said goods or services as you would if you obtained the goods or services of your own accord independent of this program. Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible in any manner for any harm or damages arising from your use, access or lack thereof to any such goods or services
- Limitation of Liability: in no event shall Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd., be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including damages arising from your participation in the program in any manner, even if Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and, by you to Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd for use/access to the program. You specifically agree and understand that Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd is not liable to you for any content or illegal conduct of any third party and that you alone accept such risk of harm
- Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd from and against any and all claims , damages , obligations , losses , liabilities , costs or debt , and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of and participation in the program, (ii) your violation of any term of these terms. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these terms
- Any provision of these terms and conditions that is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be indicative to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceable without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof
8. Terms and Conditions for “Earning Points”
- You will not use your earnings points in a way that is abusive or offensive or for an illegal, immoral or fraudulent purpose.
- Any failure of the automotive garage painter to comply with any of these terms or conditions or any violation, fraud or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of all Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd loyalty points and possible termination without compensation.
- automotive garage painter who participate in this program shall be responsible for any income taxes in accordance with the Indian law. Also their identity will be validated time to time through eKYC or KYC methods as per authorities’ directions.
9. Overriding terms of engagement for using the redemption catalogue:
- All rewards shown in the catalogue are indicative and for representative purpose only
- The Loyalty points mentioned against the rewards are subject to change without prior notice
- Value of the products mentioned as Loyalty points is indicative and is subject to change without prior notice
- All products offered are sourced from partners of the Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd Loyalty Program
- Value of the products mentioned as Loyalty points is indicative and is subject to change without prior notice
- Redemptions against chosen products is subject to availability at the time of generation of redemption request
- Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd takes no responsibility for change or non-availability of rewards at the time of actual redemption
Please note that above mentioned terms of engagement supersede the general terms and conditions of the program
